I'm a licensed clinical mental health professional on the Seacoast, NH and strive to make my space an open and welcoming environment for anyone seeking support. I am a member of AASECT and the Sexual Health Alliance, where I am working on my credentials for becoming a Sexuality Educator. My perspective on therapy is that this is supposed to be accessible to everyone without fear of discrimination based on who they are at their core! I believe in the power of personal and universal energies and how that can play into our emotional well being and connections with others. Communication, consent, and consistency are key when navigating our own experiences, as well as our relationships with others. I have received training on a variety of clinical, evidence based practices, as well as training on various types of energy work and mind-body connection. I enjoy working with folks from various kink communities, the BDSM lifestyle (whether just in the bedroom or 24/7), and nonmonogamous orientations.
